Job Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Utility and Grading Supervisor at Alabama Grading and Excavation. The supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage heavy equipment usage, and collaborate with the management team to ensure project timelines and production objectives are achieved while upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations and coordinate activities.
  • Operate and manage heavy machinery effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong supervisory and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in operating heavy equipment.
