Alabama Grading & Excavation is seeking a skilled Grading/Utility Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating heavy equipment operations, and ensuring project timelines and production goals are met.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations and ensure a safe working environment
- Coordinate and operate heavy equipment to meet project requirements
- Communicate effectively with management team members and other stakeholders
- Assist in ensuring project timelines and production goals are met
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives
- 5+ years of experience in site work, underground utilities, or concrete work
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand job specifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
