Job Opportunity

At Paper Transport LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Sales team as a Sales Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the transportation industry and develop valuable skills in commercial lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential companies within a designated geographic area for lead generation purposes.
  • Establish relationships with key contacts at these companies to initiate prospecting efforts.
  • Analyze data within our commercial tools to optimize sales strategies.
  • Extract and organize data from our CRM system to create accurate company hierarchies.
  • Assist with contract audits and organization.
  • Provide occasional customer support and appointment setting as needed.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by your supervisor.

  • Computer Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
