Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality sales and service solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct on-site sales and gear inspections, providing expert knowledge and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and service solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the paper industry; experience in sales and service a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
