Job OverviewAt RiverPoint, we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of the Payroll Clerk include:

• Processing payroll for union and non-union plants
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll transactions
• Ensuring compliance with garnishment and court order laws and regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service to employees and management

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of five years of relevant payroll experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred QualificationsThe following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Associates degree in Accounting or General Business
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
• Experience with PeopleSoft HRIS/payroll system
