Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to support navigation product development.
  • Assist in defining technical requirements for projects.
  • Create electrical design documentation, including schematics and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Conduct preliminary design analyses and evaluations.
  • Support integration and verification testing processes.
  • Generate and review essential electrical design documents and reports.
  • Facilitate the transition of products to manufacturing, providing necessary design support.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineering.

Work Environment:

This position requires full-time on-site engagement to ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Completion of junior year in a Bachelor of Science program in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with schematic design.
  • Familiarity with basic testing equipment, such as power supplies and digital multimeters.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Security Clearance.

Preferred:

  • Entering senior year in a Bachelor of Science program in Electrical Engineering.
  • A strong motivation to tackle challenges and enhance existing technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
  • Experience in printed circuit board design and schematic capture software.
  • Familiarity with oscilloscopes and frequency generators.
