Director of Account Management

PrideStaff is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client's account management team. As the Director of Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in growing and supporting the account management teams across the organization to solidify and strengthen client relationships, resulting in increased contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account retention strategies and incentives to drive client loyalty and retention
  • Monitor and review all cancellations, transfers, or renewals to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze high-priority accounts for ongoing service and communication to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Travel to franchise locations to facilitate strong client relationships and provide support to local teams
  • Provide exceptional leadership, direction, and mentorship to your team, stepping in to support as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and motivating teams in sales and account service
  • Clear and confident communication skills to collaborate with all levels of management and local franchise owners
  • Self-motivated achiever who takes ownership and thrives on delivering results
  • Problem-solver with the ability to independently find solutions as challenges arise
Compensation:

$180,000 - $200,000 per year, plus performance bonuses
