Thrive Youth Center Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Case Management to lead our team of case managers in providing exceptional support to LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness.
Job Summary:The Director of Case Management will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized case management plans for our clients. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of LGBTQ+ youth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of case managers in providing high-quality, trauma-informed client-centered care.
- Develop and implement best practices in case management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and organizational leadership to ensure that all programming and services meet the unique needs of youth experiencing homelessness.
- Monitor case management practices to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Develop and refine case management programs and services based on emerging needs, trends, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management or social services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the unique challenges and needs of LGBTQ+ youth, including trauma-informed care and LGBTQ+ affirmative practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000.
