Job Overview

Houston Consumer Connect is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Client Relations and Customer Service Team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and address client concerns, providing timely and personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and installation dates.
  • Document client information and submit accurate purchase orders to Senior Client Relations Managers.
  • Work closely with fellow Client Relations Managers and Customer Service team members to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a focus on improving interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening and empathy skills, with the ability to resolve unexpected challenges.
