Engage with suppliers regarding item setup requirements, and maintain the life cycle of products, which includes resolving issues related to item setup and order management. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and oversee all data provided by suppliers to guarantee the quality and integrity of information for efficient item setup in the system.
  • Work in close partnership with inventory planners on the initial processing of item orders to ensure accurate system setup for all new products.
  • Conduct audits to verify that images and content are accurate and current across all digital platforms.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, as ongoing interactions will be necessary for item updates, including attending expos to meet with vendors.
  • Act as a liaison for line extensions or new brand initiatives between Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and the assortment team.
  • Manage the complete life cycle of products, from item launch to discontinuation.
  • Oversee the ingestion and maintenance of all information related to Marketplace items.
  • Travel to corporate campuses for company meetings.
  • Must be capable of performing the essential functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications

Minimum
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field or similar area.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, and macros).
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in handling challenging clients or customers.
  • Able to work independently on complex and confidential assignments.
  • Capable of managing stressful situations effectively.
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships at all levels.
