Director of Corporate Strategy

Sabre Corporation is a leading technology provider to the global travel and tourism industry. Our platform connects people with experiences that matter in their lives. We are seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to drive our strategic vision and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement corporate strategies to drive growth and achieve financial objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align and execute strategic plans.
  • Market Expansion: Analyze and assess new market opportunities, including geographic expansion and business development.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Program Management: Oversee strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the annual strategic planning process, aligning corporate and financial strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Inorganic Strategy: Support the development and execution of Sabre's inorganic growth strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in relevant roles, including at least 3 years in a strategy function.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the travel industry and/or enterprise software markets.
  • Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and financial acumen.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership and consensus-building.
  • Execution: Track record of delivering results on time.
  • Presentation Skills: Expertise in creating and delivering executive-level presentations.
