This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment strategies, while also ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate diagnoses in alignment with hospital guidelines.
- Coordinate care services aimed at enhancing patient engagement and optimizing operational costs.
- Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding preventive healthcare measures.
- Administer treatment interventions, including medication management and medical procedures.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Collaborate with the treatment team for patient admissions and discharges.
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of patient care initiatives.
- Perform initial physical examinations upon patient admission and address basic medical concerns, collaborating with specialists for complex cases.

Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree with a valid, unrestricted state medical license.
- Board certification in psychiatry is preferred.
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
