About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at Office Depot. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers about Office Depot products and services.
  • Utilize communication tools to request assistance and coordinate services throughout the store.
  • Perform duties such as cashier, logistics support, stocking, and inventory control.
  • Ensure the completion of damaged and defective merchandise through the RCC process.
  • Proactively engage customers to ensure a positive experience and promote sales of Office Depot products and services.
  • Develop personal selling skills and specialized product knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support loss prevention efforts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related field.
  • 2 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to use technology and print equipment applicable to the role.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong selling skills and interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and coach and train others in a professional environment.
