Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Retail Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping the sales floor.
  • Assist members with their purchases, including loading and unloading merchandise, and providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
