About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, meeting sales goals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Assist in making deliveries, loading/unloading delivery trucks, and maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous work experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
