We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Patient Care Manager to join our team in Pre-Op and PACU. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for assisting the Patient Care Manager with clinical management and administrative coordination of designated patient care units or services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise patient care staff and operations during assigned shifts
- Coordinate administrative functions as assigned
- Ensure consistent implementation and monitoring of organizational policies and standards of care
- Support the Patient Care Manager in achieving unit goals and objectives
- Act as a resource and representative for the Patient Care Manager
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited academic institution
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in clinical settings
- Leadership skills and experience in Pre-Op and PACU
