Customer Service Ambassador

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our current customers, outside sales force, potential customers, and internal personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively answer multiple phone lines and address customer questions and concerns regarding products.
- Able to learn about company products and pricing, and navigate our CRM system to look up customer inquiries, including purchasing history, account management, and payment records.
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate Corporate or field team members, and assist with filing, folding, and mailing of invoices.
- Verify orders and shipments, and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a front desk receptionist within a rotating team schedule, and provide weekly assistance in the Shipping Department.
- Work collaboratively with direct team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience are required.
- Minimum of six months of successful prior experience in Customer Service or a related position.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, problem-solve, and multi-task.
- Ability to recall information, such as policies, procedures, and product information, or find it as needed.
- Ability to apply basic math skills.
- Team player attitude and a commitment to excellence.
This is an in-office position, and we are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
