Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Soliant in Vancouver, WA.

About the Position:

This full-time position involves implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and providing direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills to students with autism or developmental disabilities in a school setting.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing behavior intervention plans and providing direct one-on-one support to students
  • Assisting in reducing problematic behaviors in a school setting for students K-12
  • Providing emotional and academic support, as well as behavior redirection

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working 1:1 with students with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Previous K-12 school experience required
