Job Description:
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly motivated Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral health crisis intervention services to individuals referred through various channels. Your expertise will help individuals navigate complex mental health issues, connect them with essential resources, and support their recovery journey.

About the Role:
This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and other community stakeholders, to deliver comprehensive care. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds and facilitate effective case management.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Provide mobile crisis interventions, including assessments, referrals, and follow-ups
- Work closely with crisis hotline operators, emergency responders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Foster relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other key partners to enhance client outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and clinical standards

Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.A. or A.A. degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology) or equivalent experience in mental health or a related field
- Current TB test and CPR certification required
- Annual influenza vaccine required (with exceptions for medical or religious reasons)
- Proof of COVID vaccination required

Estimated Salary: $53,552.00 annually (based on 20 hours/week at $24.09/hour)
