Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned enterprise sales professional to drive relationships, generate revenue, and finalize deals with our strategic clients. This position demands a high-energy, organized individual with exceptional communication skills. Your primary objective will be to identify, source, and secure expansion opportunities within your assigned portfolio of Strategic Accounts, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet collective goals. Your success will be gauged by your contribution to Smartcat's impressive revenue growth rate of 200–400% annually.

Key Deliverables
  • Regularly achieve or surpass quarterly ARR targets for expansion revenue by converting new opportunities within high-revenue strategic accounts.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process, from account mapping and prospecting to lead qualification and closing.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Customer Success Managers to outline your portfolio of Strategic Accounts, ensuring exceptional service levels and healthy engagement.
  • Utilize relationships within your accounts to drive revenue growth by acquiring new users, departments, and use cases.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to prospecting and sales activities, including cold outreach, emails, and in-person engagements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably within the translation sector, or 6+ years in SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record in actively seeking new business opportunities and expanding revenue within existing accounts.
  • Strong sales fundamentals, business acumen, and familiarity with Sandler sales training is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • A personable demeanor with a high tolerance for diverse cultures, as we value our users globally.
  • A comprehensive understanding of our product vision and strategy, as we are pioneering a market network for the global translation industry.
  • A data-driven mindset, ready to measure success through metrics.
  • Ability to define and refine processes, challenge norms, and overcome obstacles.
  • Experience in managing complex deals from initial contact to closure in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Capable of preparing and delivering software demonstrations to prospects and guiding them through the purchasing journey.
  • Proficient in utilizing sales management tools to monitor sales activities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities while collaborating with management for accurate sales forecasting.
  • Engage with key decision-makers within your designated portfolio of strategic accounts.
