Your Role:
As a Lead Enterprise Sales Executive at Fastr, you will be instrumental in propelling our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with elite retail clients. This pivotal role requires you to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Your expertise in addressing complex ecommerce challenges will be crucial in assisting clients to enhance their site and content performance. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to shape and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring our clients meet their business objectives. We are looking for a driven, self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment, possesses a growth-oriented mindset, and demonstrates outstanding sales proficiency and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with strategic accounts through solution-oriented selling. Support clients in achieving a successful onboarding experience with Fastr and maximizing the value derived from our offerings.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with retail clients to navigate complex challenges in optimizing site and content performance, delivering measurable business results through industry insights and business acumen.
  • Strategic Advisory: Guide clients throughout their journey with Fastr, influencing marketing, ecommerce, and IT leaders with authentic strategies and data on how the Fastr Frontend platform can help them achieve their objectives.
  • Account Strategy: Formulate and implement effective account plans to ensure revenue targets are met and balanced growth is achieved. Build relationships with both new and existing target customers to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Trusted Consultant: Establish positive relationships based on a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering value. Showcase the benefits of our solutions and implementation expertise.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's strategic growth plans, B2C marketing strategies, competitive landscape, and key industry trends affecting the customer.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and present detailed business plans that address customer priorities and challenges. Utilize strategic value assessments, benchmarking, and ROI data to inform decision-making.
  • Lead Generation: Leverage your extensive network, industry knowledge, and advanced research techniques to identify high-quality leads and target potential customers aligned with our market focus.
  • Sales Execution: Clearly communicate and demonstrate our value proposition, crafting detailed mutual plans, and generating enthusiasm among prospects. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, drive revenue growth, and achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Pipeline Oversight: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate rolling pipeline, advancing and closing sales opportunities through the successful execution of the sales strategy and mutual action plans.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside Product and Marketing teams to strategize and implement lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a closing sales role, with a successful track record of acquiring new business and surpassing sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ecommerce technology landscape (e.g., ecommerce platforms, personalization tools, A/B testing tools, design platforms).
  • Comfortable with deep technical product knowledge and becoming a Fastr product expert.
  • Consultative and solutions-driven mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions and discuss various product offerings confidently.
  • Creative and proactive in generating opportunities and building a sales pipeline.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
