Position: Service Sales Consultant

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Promote dealership offerings and services to clients through diverse communication channels.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Introduce clients to non-warranty offerings and services.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Follow established protocols for the efficient management of warranty items.
  • Educate customers on product features and advantages.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales and service documentation.
  • Leverage computerized systems to achieve profitability objectives.
  • Actively pursue new customer leads.
  • Emphasize the benefits of dealership products and services.
  • Cross-promote additional services and products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Maintain consistent customer treatment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Handle phone transactions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize a standardized quotation process for sales interactions.
  • Engage with customers through various channels to drive additional sales.
  • Assess progress to enhance efficiency and quality of repairs.
  • Assign repair tasks based on technician expertise.
  • Verify part numbers and assist with parts retrieval as needed.
  • Accurately identify and document issues on repair orders.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure a well-functioning Service Department.
  • Provide support to technicians when necessary.
  • Generate precise estimates for customers.
  • Process cashier transactions as required.
  • Adhere to procedures for the effective management of warranty items.
  • Develop expertise in the dealership management system.
  • Initiate and complete repair orders efficiently.
  • Encourage customers to consider supplementary services.
  • Communicate promptly with clients regarding any delays or additional work needed.
  • Pay special attention to repeat repairs and inform the Service Manager accordingly.
  • Manage customer expectations effectively.
