Sales Consultant Job Description

At Auto Centers, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable sales experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to ensure a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • 6-12 months of related experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or higher from a four-year college or university.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Work Environment:

The Sales Consultant will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent interactions with customers, colleagues, and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
