Home Health Registered Nurse Role:

eTeam Inc is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to patients' homes and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Administer medication, insulin, and conduct various tests, including blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests.
  • Inspect wounds, change dressings, and provide personal grooming and hygiene assistance.
  • Monitor patients' progress, identify potential issues, and report findings to physicians.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and caregivers to ensure seamless care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare and attend workshops and lectures as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Relevant license and certification.
  • Completed apprenticeship or experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong report writing and communication skills.
  • Physical and mental stamina to perform job duties.
