We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in the Fredericksburg area. As a PRN Home Health Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve patient goals
- Provide skilled therapeutic care to patients in their homes, using evidence-based practices and techniques
- Instruct patients and their caregivers on proper use of therapies, exercises, and equipment
- Prioritize caseload and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
