Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting preconstruction services for steel-related projects
  • Evaluating Contract Documents to manage costs and mitigate risks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management

  • Familiarity with building codes and relevant software
  • Experience with Revit and/or a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three years of structural engineering experience or four years of project management in steel structures
  • Experience with commercial steel construction projects
  • Master's degree in structures or experience with steel buildings
  • Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam software
