Carpenter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Holder Construction. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing skilled carpentry work in the maintenance and repair of commercial buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform skilled carpentry work in the maintenance and repair of commercial buildings and facilities.
  • Construct and maintain safety handrails and hole protection, steps and gang ladders, temporary weather enclosures and protection.
  • Work independently on assignments and handle multiple projects at one time while remaining flexible.
  • Work within tight deadlines and maintain professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Ability to read drawings and training in construction safety protocols (i.e. OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platform (boom and scissor)).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong time management skills.

We offer a competitive salary between $23.00 to $33.50 per hour, determined by experience.
