- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations.
- Coordinate regular updates and communications with all project stakeholders.

3. **Team Coordination:**
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide support to team members as needed.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and issue logs.
- Conduct field verification and document any site-related issues, keeping all parties informed.

Physical Demands:

The role may require regular exposure to construction site conditions. You will need to comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment as necessary. The position involves mobility around job sites and may require occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds.

Travel Requirements:

This position involves frequent travel to client sites, primarily within a two-hour driving distance. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in electronic security.
- Strong knowledge of electronic security systems is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; PMP certification is preferred.
