We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Commercial Electronic Security Technician to join our team at Security 101. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, programming, and servicing commercial electronic security devices, primarily IP network systems and overall security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and troubleshooting security systems with minimal supervision.
- Leading a team on project installations and managing quality control.
- Providing fanatical customer service and taking responsibility for tracking project progress.
- Managing and maintaining security systems, including access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion, and visitor management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in installing, servicing, and programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a project lead responsible for complete project supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and resolve problems to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driving license and clean MVR.
- Experience or current certification with one or more of the following: Honeywell, Lenel, Genetec, Openpath, Avigilon, Software House, and Milestone.
