Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to join our team at Telecare Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing facilities within a designated geographical region and/or product line, ensuring the achievement of clinical program objectives, quality care, and budgetary expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational objectives with facility administrators and senior leadership
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure ongoing effectiveness of the company
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, including affirmative action, EEOC, OSHA, and others
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with state and county officials, providing feedback and information to support effective Telecare performance
  • Travel to Telecare facilities and the corporate office frequently to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in healthcare administration
  • Master's degree in hospital administration, mental health administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor relations and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing multiple sites
