Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating regional sales activities, managing broker networks, and planning new product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate regional sales activities, including calling on deli departments and evaluating product and service marketability.
  • Determine sales strategies and goals for customer accounts and follow up on sales leads to establish new customer accounts.
  • Manage and budget for regional expenses and plan and oversee new product launches.
  • Collaborate with account representatives to maintain contact with broker networks and ensure effective sales execution.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the food industry, with a strong understanding of the deli market.
  • High school degree or equivalent required, with a bachelor's degree in business preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

This role requires remote/office work and travel up to 50% of the time. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
