Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Loyalty Representative at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our frequent and premiere customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process rentals for loyalty program members, offering them products and services to enhance their travel experience.
- Provide excellent customer service to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and rental car operations.
- Bi-weekly hourly wage plus commission/incentive (unlimited earnings)
- On-the-job training

- Must be able to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
