Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental car services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with various aspects of the rental process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
- Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a dynamic and team-oriented setting.
- Operate a variety of vehicles, including rental cars, and perform tasks such as checking-in and checking-out vehicles.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
