Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their rental car return experience is seamless and hassle-free.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet customers, securing keys and recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars
- Check our cars into our computer system while providing excellent customer service
- Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient rental car return process
- Bi-weekly hourly wage (New York and Puerto Rico: weekly wage)
- On-the-job training to learn our business and enhance your professional skills
