About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental car services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with various aspects of the rental process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding rental options, policies, and procedures.
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks, to transport customers and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of our airport locations.
