Salary: $60,608.40 per year, plus benefits
About the Job
- Supervise and work with a small group of employees to maintain and repair plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and accepted trade practices
- Perform manual duties related to plumbing work, including installing and repairing water pipes, fixtures, and valves
- Maintain discipline and enforce safety regulations among crew members
- Review work of crew assigned to him/her for compliance with instructions and accepted trade practices
About You
- You must have the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- You should be able to submit written and verbal reports
- You should have the ability to organize work teams, delegate responsibilities, and assignments to employees
- You should be able to use tools of trade in a workmanlike manner
- You must have knowledge of plumbing trade, tools, practices, and equipment
- You should possess a current valid Massachusetts Master Plumbers License
- You should have two years paid experience as a plumber
