Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for supervising and directing a team of plumbers, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and developing plans to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team of plumbers in performing plumbing work, including installing and repairing water pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Plumbing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed plumber.
  • Valid Massachusetts Master Plumbers License.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
