About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate/Consultant at Spitzer Automotive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Introduce customers to our value-based sales process and present vehicles that meet their needs and interests.
  • Facilitate a comfortable and personalized shopping experience, exploring customers' preferences, needs, and buying motives.
  • Present financial propositions and address customer concerns to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Conduct the Spitzer delivery process and follow up with customers to develop loyalty and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
  • An outgoing and friendly personality, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Professional, ethical, and respectful behavior, with a strong sense of integrity.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including email and other software applications.
  • A high school degree and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
