Position Overview:
The HR Support Associate role offers essential human resources assistance to employees within the organization, addressing a variety of inquiries in accordance with established procedures.
This position operates under a flexible work arrangement, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities based on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for HR-related inquiries, effectively communicating information and resolving issues in clear terms.
- Assist with incoming HR questions and concerns, providing timely support.
- Follow up with employees, offering feedback and ensuring issues are resolved.
- Identify, investigate, and address problems efficiently.
- Manage the routing and escalation of inquiries to appropriate resources, ensuring unresolved issues are escalated as necessary.
- Respond to all inquiries in alignment with company service standards.
- Support the HR Help Desk operations, acting as a primary resource for employee questions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all inquiries.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all employee information.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong administrative skills and experience.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain productivity while managing competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong internet research skills.
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Able to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
