Directional Drilling Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Directional Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team at Trawick Construction Company, LLC. As a key member of our outside plant construction team, you will be responsible for safely operating directional drills on job sites, restoring and landscaping disturbed areas, and demonstrating job skills and procedures to crew members.
Responsibilities- Extensive knowledge of directional drilling operations and procedures
- Proficient in drilling equipment setup and design processes
- Develop and maintain a bore schedule to ensure efficient project completion
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve drilling issues
- Conduct site safety analysis and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Operate locators to safely identify utilities and avoid potential hazards
- Restore and landscape disturbed areas to original condition
- Train and mentor crew members on job skills and procedures
- Responsible for site setup and cleanup
- 5 years of directional drilling experience
- Valid Driver's license required, Class A CDL preferred
- Ability to drive a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- Ability to meet critical deadlines under stressful conditions
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Ability to accurately measure distance using tapes or other measuring devices
