Position Summary:
  • The Automotive Fluid Recovery Specialist will be tasked with the safe extraction of fluids and the recovery of valuable components from scrap vehicles.
  • Ensuring vehicles are rendered safe for customer access.
  • Removing all necessary fluids, lubricants, and valuable parts (such as converters) as required.
  • Preparing vehicles for placement in the salvage yard.
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Completing necessary documentation as required.
  • Offering health benefits and 401k options.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated mechanical skills.
  • Proficiency in using basic tools.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, except when operating machinery.
  • Capability to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb, and regularly lift/move up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions associated with outdoor environments.
