Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Directional Drilling Operations Manager to join our team at Trawick Construction Company, LLC. As a key member of our outside plant construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of buried and bore cable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive knowledge of directional drilling operations and procedures
  • Proficiency with drilling equipment and ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, and operating instructions
  • Experience with drill setup and design processes, including the development and maintenance of bore schedules
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Ability to safely operate directional drills on job sites and restore and/or landscape disturbed areas
  • Responsibility for site setup and clean-up, as well as demonstrating job skills and procedures to crew members
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of directional drilling operations
  • 5 years of directional drilling experience
  • Valid Driver's license required, Class A CDL preferred
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines under stressful conditions
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, with strong attention to detail
