Key Responsibilities:

- Adapt to change and competing priorities to meet both LPL's and the advisor's expectations; present complex topics for discussion across multiple functions and effectively address various aspects of issues to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, platforms, resources, and opportunities.
- Exhibit high levels of engagement and peer leadership within the team.
- Conduct thorough annual Business Assessments and detailed reviews with advisors.
- Document advisor interactions, business opportunities, and communications in the Salesforce CRM promptly.
- Develop a response strategy to maintain or enhance advisor satisfaction, overall sentiment, and attrition risk.
- Comprehend all facets related to managing a successful practice, including systems, technology, roles, responsibilities, marketing, sales processes, product knowledge, and financial planning, with specific expertise in product & platform, advisor workflow, regulatory training, and service operations.
- Create and implement regular travel schedules to maximize effectiveness and meet the needs of covered advisors.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services, ideally in a B2B sales and/or progressive client service, relationship management, or practice consulting role.
- Strong awareness of industry competitors across various channels, including platforms, services, systems, and products.
- Series 7 license is required; Series 66 must be obtained within 120 days.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both advisor-facing and executive-facing), along with strong follow-through and organizational abilities.
- Experience with a Contact Management System, particularly Salesforce.
- Familiarity with SmartSheet, Microsoft Teams, and standard MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel is required.
Compensation Range:
$129,840-$194,760/year
Actual base salary may vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, internal peer salaries, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
