We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at St. Luke's University Health Network. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive, high-quality nutritional care to patients in our hospital, clinics, and related entities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments, develop and implement personalized care plans, and provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in nutrition care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Active registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
