Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at St. Luke's University Health Network. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive, high-quality nutritional care to patients in our hospital, clinics, and related entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients with various nutritional needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition services and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, nutrition-related disease management, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, evidence-based practices, and industry developments to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in nutrition care.
Requirements
  • Active dietetic registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
