Community Kids Empire Bay is excited to welcome a talented individual to our Lead Educator position within our nurturing and vibrant team. We are looking for a passionate and committed educator who aims to create and sustain an exceptional learning atmosphere for our children.

About Us

Our facility features delightful indoor and outdoor play spaces, rooms outfitted with the latest age-appropriate technology and educational resources, along with a variety of engaging activities.

Our center accommodates up to 75 children, operating from 7am to 6pm.

About You

  • You will possess an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services.
  • A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Demonstrated experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood setting (working with children aged 0-5 years).
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid certification.
