About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team at Volaris Group. As a key member of our CourtView Justice Solutions Inc. business unit, you will play a critical role in implementing our JWorks Case Management software application to help our customers improve their daily court case management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Implementation: Define and maintain product implementation materials, including product implementation methods and processes, instructional guides, and training materials.
  • Team Management: Onboard and train new product implementation staff to ensure consistent service delivery, manage product implementation team staff, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Customer Analysis: Analyze customers' business requirements and objectives to develop business processes that meet their needs.
  • Software Configuration: Configure software applications to best meet the customer's business needs.
  • Project Deliverables: Develop and deliver project deliverables, such as process outlines, gap analysis, and functional design documents throughout the project.
  • Training and Support: Deliver onsite and remote training sessions, facilitate software testing sessions, provide implementation and post-implementation support as needed.
  • Customer Consultation: Consult with customers and determine new ways for them to improve their operations through new service or product offerings.
  • Product Feedback: Provide feedback to our product management and marketing teams for improved customer communications and product enhancements.
  • Training Development: Assist in developing new training curricula for new products and enhanced functionality as needed.
  • Customer Site Visits: Travel to customer sites across the country to help improve their operations through the use of our products and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the court/judicial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to travel 35%.
Desirable Skills/Experience
  • Court case management software experience.
  • Software implementation/oversight administration experience.
  • Experience as a trainer with demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Management Information Systems, or related field.
