Sales and Account Management Professional in BioPharmaceuticals

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional BioPharma Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our presence in the research and development and manufacturing sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve/exceed annual revenue targets and expand our customer base in the region
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance opportunities and drive business growth
* Utilize your scientific knowledge and industry expertise to provide value-added services to customers and differentiate our offering
* Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the development of our sales and account management processes
**Requirements:**
* Experience selling for a service company in the bio/pharmaceutical sector – CDMO, CRO, or CTO. Practical lab experience with a biotech/pharma company would be a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and positive attitude
* Strong scientific acumen and capacity to learn new technical information
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
**Additional Information:**
* Salary Range: $115,000- $140,000/yr. base plus bonus
* The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
