Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Analyst to join our team at Quality Technology Services, LLC. As a key member of our facilities operations organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and solving opportunities to improve performance using a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce performance analytics and quality control products in one or more program areas, such as customer service, budget, and workforce training programs.
  • Review and analyze company policies and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and track process control points for critical operational processes, including requisitions, budgeting, and service management.
  • Build strong working relationships with 3rd party providers, partners, and vendors supporting operational processes.
  • Export, combine, groom, and analyze datasets from business applications to identify operational improvement opportunities.
  • Visualize data using various types of charts and provide summary reports to management.
  • Analyze datasets and information to identify operational improvement opportunities and define improvement project requirements.
  • Track and report status of project actions taken to drive improvements and recommend changes to written policies and procedures.
  • Craft quality professional written communications and templates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • One or more years of experience managing, reforecasting, and reconciling budgets.
  • Three or more years of project management or related professional experience.
  • Experience with data analysis, including Excel pivot tables, charting, and formulas.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and experience with business applications and databases, including ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing, reforecasting, and reconciling budgets of $1M+.
  • Experience managing 3rd party provider and vendor relationships.
