Position Overview

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Sales and Marketing operations. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our guests and business partners while ensuring adherence to operational protocols. You will safeguard data integrity across our systems and collaborate with your team and leadership to facilitate new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, business partners, and team members.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing customer service and operational processes.
  • Collect and validate data during guest interactions to ensure optimal experiences.
  • Safeguard company assets through all engagements.
  • Comprehend and execute operational procedures that guide our business.
  • Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and support affected teams.
  • Maintain reporting requirements on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
  • Utilize available resources effectively to provide prompt assistance as inquiries arise.

Collaborative Partnerships:

You will work closely with:

  • Sales and Marketing teams
  • Human Resources
  • Resort Operations leadership

Project Examples:

  • Validating data and addressing inquiries from onsite business partners.
  • Facilitating the integration of new processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to support business operations during weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service with enthusiasm.
